About

HI! I’m a Portland-based makeup artist originally from Chicago and I’m currently living my dreams in the Pacific Northwest. I love to think outside of the box and I specialize in film, commercial, body art, special fx, runway and fashion fantasy. I started my career in the Haunted House industry creating quick effects with the Airbrush, leading a makeup team and helping to create full performance concepts with costuming and set design work. I like to bring my experience in management and professionalism to set while creating a happy and relaxed atmosphere.

I graduated from the Art of Makeup School in 2016. I have since worked on local indie films, commercials, theater productions, runway shows, conceptual art photo shoots, and became a Key Makeup Artist for a feature film. I currently work as an Instructor with The Art of Makeup School to further the careers of budding makeup artists in the industry. I’ve found a niche in my career focused on lifting the voices of women, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. I choose to work on photoshoots that empower women, building their personal brands and businesses. I frequently do makeup for boudoir shoots and women over 40 and have built my reputation for working with women of color and mature skin. I believe beauty and self care are for everyone.

Outside of being an artist, I also enjoy hiking the beautiful scenic trails of Oregon. I find my happiness in spending time with my close friends and family, listening to a wide variety of music, watching reruns of anything Star Trek, and snuggling my new baby boy and our dog Zangar.
